Add products

Products are the items you sell. Open Products and choose New product; editing happens in a panel that slides over the list, so you never lose your place.

Product details

Section	Fields
Product information	Title (required) and Description.
Media	Upload one or more photos. Drag to reorder — the first photo is the Cover shown on your menu.
Pricing	Price (required).
Inventory	UPC and SKU, and Track quantity with a Stock Quantity.
Modifiers	Choices like size or toppings. See Modifiers.
Tax Rates	The taxes charged on this product. See Set up taxes.
Metadata	Your own key/value notes, for integrations.

Active or hidden

The Status card decides whether customers can order a product:

Active — available in customer ordering.
Hidden — saved, but not shown to customers.

A product also needs to be in a section of a visible menu to appear on your storefront.

Barcodes for self checkout

For self checkout, add the product's barcode under UPC. The App Clip matches a scan to the exact UPC you enter (it also accepts the common 12/13-digit variant with a leading zero), so copy it straight from the packaging.
