Notifications

Open Settings → Notifications. These settings are personal: each team member chooses their own, and changing yours doesn't affect anyone else.

Turn on Email to get a "New order" email for every order, with a link straight to it in your dashboard. Choose Save preferences.

The emails customers receive — order confirmations, "your order is ready" and refund receipts — are sent automatically. You don't need to set them up.
