Run a venue

A venue is a place where several merchants trade — a food hall, a stadium, a market. It has its own page at venuerun.com/<venue-handle> listing its merchants, so customers can see everyone in one place.

A venue doesn't sell anything itself. Each merchant keeps its own menus, orders, payments and team.

Create a venue

From your dashboard, open Venues, enter a Venue name and choose Create. Then set its handle, branding and hours in Settings, as for a merchant.

Add merchants

Open Merchants in the venue and choose Link merchant:

• Find by handle — enter any merchant's storefront handle and choose Find.
• Or pick from Merchants you manage.

Drag merchants to set the order customers see. Unlink removes a merchant from the venue page; the merchant itself is untouched.

Venue tags

Venues can have tags and print templates too, for spots shared by several merchants.
